Application and payments

No, there are no registration fees or hidden charges. The total amount you pay is the full cost of the course.

If you cancel your booking, you can choose between receiving a discount code for the full amount to use on another course or a refund minus a 30% cancellation fee.

Payment is required in full at the time of registration. We accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard, VISA credit and debit cards, and bank transfers.

For longer courses, payment in installments via bank transfer may be arranged upon request. In this case, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before the course begins, and no later than two weeks prior to the start date.

Yes, an invoice can be provided upon request.

Course information

Our group courses run continuously throughout the year. In most cases, you can start the same week you enroll. If there is no active group at your level at that moment, you may be asked to wait a few days until a suitable group is available.

After enrollment, you will receive access to our learning materials (PDF workbooks for your level). Our team and teachers will contact you shortly with all the necessary details to get started.

Groups are small, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 students. This ensures a more personalized and interactive learning experience. Groups for children are even smaller (maximum of 6 children).

Yes, in most cases. You will receive structured materials and exercises to support your learning and practice outside of class.

If you need to miss a lesson or temporarily pause your course, you can inform us or your teacher in advance, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

Yes. If you feel your level is not appropriate, you can discuss it with your teacher or contact our administration to arrange a change.

Yes, upon request, you will receive a certificate of attendance indicating the level studied (according to CEFR). Please note that this is not an official language certification.

We provide certificates of attendance and support students in preparing for official language exams. While our courses themselves are not official certifications, they are designed to help you successfully pass recognized exams.

The minimum age for participation is 18. Junior programs are available for younger students. Children aged 4 to 11 and schoolchildren aged 11 to 18 years.

Yes, before starting, you will complete a short placement test to assess your level. In some cases, this may be followed by a short meeting with a teacher.

If the minimum number is not reached, we may adjust the format of your course. For example, group lessons may be converted into a smaller group or individual sessions of equivalent value.

Yes, you can upgrade your course, add extra lessons, or extend your learning period depending on availability.

There are no classes on public holidays.
For private lessons, sessions will be rescheduled.
For group courses, compensation options (such as vouchers or rescheduling) may be provided.

The school may be closed during major holidays (e.g. winter break). Any missed time will not be counted, and your course end date will be adjusted accordingly.
